How do I choose a video or audio quality?
Select the MP3 or MP4 tab and use Get downloads. Available options depend on the source video and the download provider. A higher quality label does not guarantee a higher-quality source file.
Why does a download sometimes open in my browser?
Downloads are served by an external provider. Your browser and that provider decide whether a file is automatically saved or opened for playback.
